The first priority of Wellogic Client Services is to help every client and its users be more successful by relying on Wellogic products and services. The extensive experience of our Client Services Group, both in healthcare and with specific Wellogic technologies, allows us to anticipate problems before they affect you, and if they do, to completely understand your point-of-view and to work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Two key components of our support infrastructure—our state-of-the-art Web-based software monitoring systems and our 24-hour support center—enable our client services staff to be alerted before you are affected, and reached via mobile phone, email, and pager at all times. We currently support clients around the world in many different time zones.
