Wellogic prides itself with on time and on budget implementations. Our established implementation process is fine-tuned and has been proven, time after time, to ensure a smooth installation. We work with our clients as well as internal Wellogic resources to establish realistic goals for the implementation of our software solutions. Events that contribute to this are weekly project status meetings, project summary reports sent at an established frequency, direct daily communication with members of the project team, and regular on-site meetings.
